We looked at The Beatles in our last installment. This week let’s consider Michael Jackson’s best song for weddings. The list is long, and it’s subjective. To us it comes down to his 1979 song, “Rock With You,” 1987’s “The Way You Make Me Feel,” or “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You,” also written in 1987.
“The Way You Make Me Feel”
We go with “The Way You Make Me Feel” because of the danceable, uptempo beat. It’s a nice contrast to The Beatle’s, “And I Love Her,” from last week.
If you want a slower song, “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You” is outstanding.

“The Way You Make Me Feel” is a great song to pack the dance floor at your wedding celebration. The lyrics work great for a wedding:
“I never felt so in love before;

I swear I’m keepin’ you satisfied;
‘Cause you’re the one for me.”
This song was Michael Jackson at his peak. It was produced by the legendary Quincy Jones and immediately shot to the top of the charts. As a side note, The Beatles have 33 million monthly listeners on Spotify, but Michael Jackson tops that with 47 million listeners.
